Blendology launches two new interactive ‘tap-to-connect’ applications at the College IT Conference (CITC 2013), recently held at LEGOLAND in Windsor, England. Blendology’s ‘My Agenda’ kept delegates connected and on schedule during the Conference at LEGOLAND  Blendology Limited, the interactive event solutions company, announced today that it launched two new interactive ‘tap-to-connect’ applications at the College IT Conference (CITC 2013), recently held at LEGOLAND in Windsor, England. Blendology’s PROJO tap-to-connect devices allowed conference delegates to connect to each other, and the new My Agenda application enabled them to stay on schedule throughout the conference. With My Agenda, delegates were able to just tap their PROJOs on a monitor which instantly displayed where they had to be at that time, which enabled the conference to run more smoothly and to schedule. The new Lucky Draw selector application enabled delegates to enter an event sponsor’s prize draw by just tapping with the sponsors.

Technology Start-up Showcase at TVC 2012 At the recent TVC 2012  Blendology won the coveted “Most Promising Start Up” prize for 2012. Blendology beat out competition from 17 entrants to scoop the prize after impressing a panel of five global investors and technology specialists. The panel of five included Clennell Collingwood, Mark Horne, Hugh Parnell, Gervais Williams as well as Charles Le Strange Meakin from KPMG. When asked about Blendology Meakin, said “I am hugely excited about working with Blendology at the beginning of what will hopefully be a successful and wealth and job creating business.” Blendology’s prize award included £10,000 worth of consultancy from KPMG, who will now work with Blendology for the next year, providing access to professional advice for technology start-ups. Blendology has been selected as one of  twelve finalists, out of 200 companies entered, for the Start Up Hub at this year’s Conservative Party Conference, 7th – 10th October 2012 in Birmingham. The judging process involved careful scrutiny of the entries by representatives from the supporting companies including Fujitsu and Inmarsat.
